Weekends and nights may be required during the operating season.  This position reports directly to the Quality Manager. Responsibilities: Including but not limited to:
  • The selected candidate will be required to work in a team environment with other co-workers and managers. • Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tools and equipment for the task. • Properly follow all company policies and OSHA / MSHA regulations for safe working procedures. • Follow directions of manager as to daily tasks and expectations for each specific duty. • Use accepted methods to inspect, sample and test aggregates, asphalt, concrete or other materials for the purpose of quality control. • Sample and test mixtures for compliance with contract specifications and quality control tolerance. • Monitor and test process functions and materials daily to ensure our products meet or exceed requirements of the appropriate agency or customer. • Prepare and record accurate information; maintain test results data base. • Assist internal and external customers in a timely manner • Obtain required certifications in a timely manner. • Follow quality control plans or guidelines as assigned. • Perform general cleaning of work areas. • Lift, carry and hold materials, tools and supplies. • Perform other duties as assigned.
  Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in Quality Control or Construction is highly desired but not necessary. • NETTCP AND ACI Certifications for materials / construction test preferred but not necessary. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Strong communication skills. • Safe driving record and the ability to obtain security clearance. • Basic computer literacy using Microsoft Excel and Word. • Responsible, dedicated, dependable and punctual. • Self-motivated and able to work independently and cooperatively with others. • Organized, accurate and thorough with attention to detail. • Willing to learn and have a positive attitude.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Shipping:
  1. Picks and palletizes orders as directed by proper shipping procedures and customer specified requests listed in the shipping notes of the order pick-ticket
    1. All orders are verified for accuracy prior to shipping.
  2. Prepares all outgoing shipments with the appropriate pallet wrapping and labeling according to customer need and safe/effective transportation.
  3. Prepares pallets for shuttle transfer offsite with proper wrapping and labeling.
 Knowledge/Skills/Experience Requirements: High School diploma/GED Prior warehouse, inventory and fork truck experience required Basic math skills required Prior experience with MS Office, MS Excel Must have ability to read, write clearly, and follow instructions in English. Parts Administrator (Aerospace)

POSITION SUMMARY The Parts Administrator is responsible for processing internal and external customers' orders for requested parts related to warranty claims, service bulletins, factory to factory and/or factory to supplier orders, and other information in accordance with the customer request itself, as well as Company policies and procedures.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :(Other duties may be assigned)
  • Interface with customers and intra-company personnel in professional and hospitable manner, as it pertains to spare and replacement parts.
  • Process routine customer requests for quotes from a 1-800 number, group mailbox, or from the customer directly.
  • Identify parts from technical data provided by customers, suppliers and our factories.
  • Process internal customer orders from other Company entities.
  • Process routine Warranty claims for three Company factories' units that are within American territories.
  • Provide follow up to parts progress including the delivered order.
  • Work closely with the Company factories to help facilitate parts or kits waiting to be received.- Process orders and quotes in accordance with Company policies and procedures regarding, but not limited to, the modules on our Intranet, Warranty (WC), bulletin (SB), Service (TOC/CSR), Spare parts requests (SPR), SPQ Module, and BAAN ERP system and related DMS Procedures.
  • Other assignments as designated by Department Manager.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide customers with product information including, but not limited to research, pricing, delivery, inventory, stocking/back-order availability, and added value product information.
  • Interface with other Company business units in order to facilitate customer satisfaction (i.e. Area Sales Managers, Factory Personnel and Other Spare Parts Hubs).
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Responsibilities include assembling preformed sheet metal parts, using equipment such as drills, wrenches, high pressure carts, screwdrivers, hammers and other equipment that will assist in satisfactory performances of duties.
  • Responsible for the operation of the aforementioned equipment with personal safety and that of fellow employees in mind.
  • Responsible for assembling and interpretation of assembly and sub-assembly drawings and sketches.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Shall have the ability to use, read and interpret drawings and measuring scale or tape proficiently.
  • Must be able to understand blueprints
  • Must be good utilizing hand tools
  • Must be able to submit to a drug test and back ground check
  • Must be able to work over time when needed
JOB DETAILS
  • Base Pay $13.00+ per hour based on experience

Maintenance Mechanic

Maintenance Mechanic/Technician Perform troubleshooting, preventative maintenance and repairs to production equipment to ensure production line operation. Ensure the safe and productive performance of assigned duties and responsibilities to support the manufacturing of a quality product and meet goals of the corporation. Responsibilities/Duties Inspect malfunctioning equipment, troubleshoot, diagnose and repair problems. Perform preventative maintenance, as needed, to ensure smooth operation of production lines. Examine form and texture of machine parts to detect imperfections. Inspect used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements. Dismantle and install machinery and parts as needed. Perform repairs and/or modifications to parts and equipment as requested by Supervisor. Complete projects as assigned. Accurately record daily activities and complete related paperwork. Adheres to and uses safe work practices, following safety rules and regulations. Reports unsafe conditions or work practices to supervisor. Maintain neat/clean work area. Routinely clean equipment and tooling used in process.    
 Requirements
Requirements: High School/GED/4 year diploma. Machinist trade school desired. Experience: 2 years. Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting and repair. Machine shop experience helpful. Other requirements: Must have own tools. Ability to use, understand and create written materials related to the job. Forklift license required. Tools/Equipment Used: Maintenance machines, supplies and related equipment. Safety and personal protective equipment. Measurement devices. Power tools, hand tools, machining/welding, cutting torch, forklift. Common office equipment.
